    These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made throughlicentieplaats.nl. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
  2. Products
    We supply digital software licenses and associated download links.

All products are original and legal.
Licenses are digital and delivered via email.
After delivery, a license cannot be returned or revoked, unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Prices
    All prices on the website include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
    Webmedia Nijmegen reserves the right to change prices and product information.
    Errors and typographical errors in price and product information are reserved. 4. Payment
    Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website.
    Orders are only processed after successful payment.
  2. Delivery
    Delivery takes place digitally via email.
    After successful payment, the customer usually receives the license code and download link within a few minutes.
    In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
  3. Warranty & Functionality
    All licenses are for one-time use only and are intended for the specified software version and device.
    If a license does not work, Webmedia Nijmegen will provide a suitable solution or replacement license.
    Problems arising from misuse, incorrect installation, or incompatible systems are not covered by the warranty.
  4. Liability
    Webmedia Nijmegen is not liable for damage resulting from the use or installation of software.
    The customer is responsible for creating backups and correctly installing the software.
  5. Right of Withdrawal
    Because these are digital products that are delivered immediately, there is no right of withdrawal. By placing an order, the customer agrees to this.
  6. Privacy
    Personal data will only be used for the execution of the agreement and will not be shared with third parties, unless legally required.

  7. Disputes
    All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
    Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Nijmegen.
